I make this any time we have fish of any kind where it would be appropriate.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2526\" src=\"http:\/\/auntiestacey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/tartar.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"506\" height=\"506\" srcset=\"https:\/\/auntiestacey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/tartar.jpg 506w, https:\/\/auntiestacey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/tartar-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/auntiestacey.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/tartar-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 506px) 100vw, 506px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Small Batch Tartar Sauce:<br \/>\n1\/4 C: Mayo \/ Sour Cream<br \/>\n1 Dill Pickle, fine chopped (or 1 tea relish)<br \/>\n1 tea Creamy Horseradish<br \/>\n1\/2 tea: Lemon Juice, fresh \/ Lemon Zest, for colour (opt) \/ Dried Oregano<br \/>\nS&amp;P, to taste<\/p>\n<p>Give it a good stir and use it immediately, or chill it to marry the flavours further. Store in the fridge for up to three weeks covered.
